For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Handling Live Ops, including the creation and launch of new events and activities for an existing product, followed by an analysis of their success.
Staying well-versed and a solid understanding of genre-specific trends.
Maintaining a strong understanding of the market, including key products, current trends, and audience preferences in this niche.
Designing new game modes, focusing on mechanics and player experience.
Working with F2P monetization, integrating monetization strategies into the progression systems.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in game development.
Expertise in Live Ops, including creating, launching, and analyzing in-game events.
Extensive knowledge and experience across platforms (PC, console, mobile), with a clear understanding of the current trends.
Proven experience in game design.
Strong background in F2P monetization, with the ability to incorporate monetization strategies.
