SayGames is one of the largest mobile game publishers with over 7 billion installs across platforms and 170+ games in our portfolio.

We help teams of all sizes release great games and reach millions of players around the world.

Whaler Games is a small team of 10 talented and passionate guys who have been making games since 2020. They love mobile games and a systematic approach, actively use analytics for decision-making.

They made a hit - Pirate Raid, an action game with RPG elements that's been downloaded over 11 million times. Right now, they're working hard on a new game - Jelly Hole and are looking to expand their team with a Level Designer.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Design levels with quality metrics and data in mind.
Conduct competitor benchmarking, collect and analyze references.
Develop and document level design methodology.
Work with analytics, formulate hypotheses, and test them.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

2+ years of experience in level design.
Ability to work with level curves.
Experience in Unity or other editors (Cocos, Unreal Engine).
Data-driven approach: using analytics to improve levels (requesting metrics, analyzing drop-offs, conversions, etc.).
Rich gaming experience and love for mobile games, be aware of the state of the mobile industry, game industry trends.
